Subprocessors

CentPoll (CENTPOLL LLC, a Florida limited liability company) uses the third-party service providers below to operate the Service. Each one is a live integration — there are no aspirational or demo-only entries on this list. All are United States–based providers; our export storage runs in the AWS US-East (us-east-1) region. We do not sell personal information, and we do not permit any subprocessor to use your data to train its own models.

| ElevenLabs | Text-to-speech and voice generation for voice surveys. |
| OpenAI | AI survey drafting, the in-app help assistant, and text embeddings. |
| Stripe | Payment processing and billing. |
| Sign-in (OAuth), address geocoding (Maps), and site analytics (GA4). | |
| Resend | Transactional email — sign-in codes and workspace invitations. |
| Vercel | Frontend application hosting and edge delivery. |
| Render | Backend API hosting. |
A note on sample sources
Audiences are built from a voter file or from a contact list you provide. A voter file is reference data we load into our own database — it is not a third party that processes your data on our behalf, so it is not a subprocessor.
Changes to this list
We update this page when we add or remove a subprocessor. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. To be notified of changes before they take effect, email pvaldes@centpoll.com.
